Vendome Place, San Jose
SDC completed a build out of the penthouse as well as all interior finish work for these downtown San Jose luxury highrise apartments.
Wal-mart Supercenter, Las Vegas, Nevada
SDC first acquired and divided a 16 acre parcel into 3 parcels. SDC managed the site preparation and all aspects of construction for the Wal-Mart, a Self-storage facility and an attached strip mall.
Merrill Gardens Assisted Living, Henderson Nevada
SDC brought together financing, entitled property and self-performed tenant
construction.
Los Gatos Police Station, Los Gatos, California
SDC is self-performing an extensive remodel, addition and conversion of existing building to a new Police Facility. Completion schedule for late 2009.
San Jose Fire Station, Alum Rock, San Jose, California
SDC is performing demolition and a complete rebuild of new fire station. Scheduled completion date is early 2010.
